Fanny Beuré
Fanny Beuré is a lecturer in film studies at the University of Lorraine. She is the author of several scientific articles and books on the musical, including "That's Entertainment! Musique, danse et représentations dans la comédie musicale hollywoodienne classique" (Sorbonne Université Presses, 2019) and "Fred Astaire, le dandy dansant" (Sorbonne Université Presses, 2024), co-authored with Jules Sandeau. She is also co-founder and co-host of the podcast "All That Jazz", dedicated to musical comedy.
As a guest of the 7th edition, she hosted a masterclass on musicals at UNIL on Monday March 11th, presenting Vincente Minnelli's film "The Band Wagon" and signed her two books: "That's Entertainment! Musique, danse et représentations dans la comédie musicale hollywood classique" and "Fred Astaire, le dandy dansant" on Tuesday March 12 at Le Capitole.
