A graduate of the École Supérieure d'Audio Visuel de Toulouse (ESAV), Alexandre Tylski is the author of a doctoral thesis, 7 books on cinema and a dozen short films. Director of the magazine Cadrage and of the programme ‘Le Cercle des Cinéphiles’ (Radio Mon Païs), contributor to the magazine Positif, he is a Sociétaire des Gens de Lettres de France. He has published articles in Le Monde and Les Lettres Françaises, and occasionally broadcasts on Radio France.
