Alex is a sadistic gang leader with murderous tendencies. A fan of ultra-violence and Beethoven, he leads a life of wandering between brawls and deadly raids. Arrested by the police, he is subjected to an experimental therapy designed to purge his destructive impulses through forced visual conditioning and auditory torture.
