What better way to celebrate the reopening of the Capitole, the flagship of Swiss cinema, the largest, the most beautiful! Joy and colors will fill this legendary room, highlighted by a theme: LET’S DANCE!

We want to make you dance through a century of cinema and its 24 images per second which, from yesterday to today, make movement its essence. LaLaLand, West Side Story, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, Chicago, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and many others will be rediscovered on the big screens. Paying homage to the 6th Art – dance – is also paying homage to the 7th, and at the same time touching on one of the cultural assets of the City of Lausanne, its numerous events, dance schools, the Prix de Lausanne, and of course the historic Béjart Ballet. Be there in large numbers! Workshops, masterclasses, concerts, prestigious guests, events for schools... and many other surprises will engage and thrill the public of Lausanne and its surroundings!
